The class is called “Humans Are Trees.” We will explore:

• Why do so many people feel unfulfilled — even when life is comfortable, successful, and full?

• How do you know when your life is truly aligned with your core self?

Jewish tradition famously compares the human being to a tree. So, what do trees know about life that we don’t? And if we’re trees, where is our soil — and what are we planting in it?

Shavuot marks the day the Jewish people received the Ten Commandments at Mt. Sinai. It is customary to hear the reading of the Ten Commandments and enjoy a festive dairy meal.
